In case you lose your card
If your card is lost or stolen, simply report it in-store, online, or via our care line. Your card will be immediately replaced with a new one. Our customer care consultants are ready to attend to you on:.

● In order to redeem Loyalty points in the physical stores, you must present your Loyalty Card and inform the cashier that you would like to pay with your points.
● Our cashiers will inform you of the available points and deduction will be made after purchase.

● You will receive an SMS notification once your points have been redeemed.
